If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the item is faulty. All products purchased via our website or in-person can be returned and exchanged for a replacement or in-store credit

Items needs to be returned to us within 28 days of purchase.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?

All returns must be shipped direct to SHRED HQ.

HOW do customers return items?

Returned items must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation and should be unused and unworn (if applicable)

SHIPPING for returns?

All costs of returning the item to us are your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty.

We advise sending the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
